Justin Sun, Esq.

Mr. Sun holds a U.S. certified enrolled agent and a Chinese lawyer’s license. He graduated from Tsinghua University Law School and has more than 20 years of tax and legal work experience in the United States and China.

Ms. Gu holds a Master’s degree from Beijing International Studies University and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
She has interned at the Tulsa County Court in Oklahoma’s 14th Judicial District and has accumulated extensive experience in handling cross-border civil and commercial disputes. Her legal services have been widely recognized and praised by clients.
Ms. Gu is dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient legal services to clients in both China and the United States.
Fuquan (William) Chen
Fuquan (William) Chen has over a decade of experience in immigration law and serves as the Office Manager at Lu Law Group. He has a strong track record of success in navigating complex immigration matters.
William specializes in family and employment-based immigration and non-immigration applications, including EB-1A, EB-1C, NIW, E-2, L-1A, O-1, TN, H-1B, and PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 applications, as well as naturalization processes. He is highly skilled in handling challenging cases such as Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), and appeals.
With extensive experience assisting executives, entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals, William has helped numerous clients secure working visas and permanent residency, guiding them toward their goals of building a future in the United States.
Belinda Tsui
Ms. Tsui is deeply involved in business and marketing and has strong business communication skills.
Ms. Tsui has lived in China and South Korea for a long time and is fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean. Ms. Tsui has extensive experience in helping and serving customers and can help each customer customize and find solutions that suit them.
